Henry Eberhardt oh my goodness. I thought it was just me. Excellent job. Sounded studio quality. All levels were perfect. The Martin wasn’t my favorite but other than that, awesome.
In many ways they're better. Lots of great concerts on Archive.org from him. Wish he'd release official recordings of his performances because he is so free when he plays live.

Even more impressive, his live versions (non-talk show) are usually better than studio. He adds so much to the song that wasn't in the studio and no two performances are the same because he plays what he feels like (pun intended) that performance.

Never mind just gifted writer, singer, and of course guitar player he's also a musical savant. He can't read music yet he can perfectly imitate a jam session riff within a few notes and immediately understand where it's going and improve on it. That is savant ability
