A lot of our Beretta customers ask us how to remove and replace the #trigger mechanism in a #beretta #DT11. As a result, watch Rich Cole demonstrate the protocol- he makes it look simple!
· Remove the #forend and #barrel
· Push the #safety all the way forward with two thumbs (expect some resistance)
· Rotate the top lever laterally to the right (all the way in one motion), the lever will stick in place to the side if done correctly.
· At this point the trigger can be removed by gently pulling down on the posterior aspect of the trigger assembly, regardless of hammer position.
· Reinstallation simply requires the user to insert the anterior aspect of the trigger assembly underneath the forward lip of the receiver, then align the #inertiablock and press upward on the posterior aspect of the trigger until it locks in place. Done!

Rich, could you do a video on recoil reduction systems? Can you look at a progression from factory pads to kickeez/ limb saver pads to hydraulic systems like Graco and others and discuss their effectiveness?

Thank you Steve. I have a 3 months old DT11 and did a few thousand rounds thru it. Trigger started to fall by itself. I am reinstalling it carefully, its rock solid for the next 50-100 rounds and then drops again. Have you heard about this problem before? Cheers

I put the safety to the 3d position but when i push the lever back it goes on fire again?

I have a dt11 xtrap and for the life of me I can not move the selector to the third top position. I use two thumbs and it just will not go! Am I doing this right? I don’t want to damage my prize. Thanks for video by the way.
