M&A is one field. CS will do what CA does, unless the job description says otherwise
@@NidhiNagori29 No mam CS will need to do regulatory tasks,he has to take into account Companies act,Competition act for M&A,like Filings to be made to Ministry Pre & post mergers something like that.
That’s not entirely true- it’s a part of the role. I myself work in Compliance. Job description is more important than qualification
