Counterattack from XC2 remains my favorite song in the whole series. I knew I would love this series when I heard it the first time and saw that legendary first anime-ass fight unfold on the deck of the Maelstrom.

Bro, that first time swimming up to Sylvalum and seeing all the monsters and giant glowing orb trees and hearing that amazing music is surreal. Sylvalum might not be my favorite region in X, but it's music sure as hell is.

Xenoblade 2 wins to me because of the emotion packed into them. The only one i can really argue with not being the best is X but thats just from listening and not from experiencing them in game
