Ingredients:
Vegetables
Onion 1 (finely sliced)
Carrot 80g (julienne cut)
Bell pepper mix 100g (chopped /julienne cut)
Chicken marination (spices can be adjusted to taste):
Thighs boneless chicken 300g (cubes or strips)- (I have a video on my Channel about how to debone chicken: Link below)
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
Fajita Spices :
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Cayenne powder 1/2 tsp (optional )
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk 250 ml
Boiled pasta 250 g (85% cooked)*
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cheese of choice greeted 100g
Butter 20g
