If you stay far enough away from an unmarked door while opening it, you can open it without being caught in the Vacuum, and it can be worthwhile to do so as levers, potions and gold can spawn behind them.
Fun fact: I once got caught by haste but one of the players like tped me out of jumpscare(the entity cqught me at the end of door -1) and i survived someway
