when he came in it looked like he was in so much pain just standing there, but at the end it looked like he had a smile. how many treatments will it take someone that's fully rotated to fully be centered again?

Thanks for the reply! I think I have a small case of hyper lordosis, it's not significant or extremely noticeable. I bodybuild as a hobby, so in a lot of weight lifting movements the safe method is arching the lower back during heavy squats, deadlifts etc. I think this has contributed to the problem. I've started doing hip and hamstring stretches more frequently which are supposed to help a lot.

I know it's an old comment you made, but you have to consider how badly messed up he was.
It's a slow process to heal from any sort of back injury. I know me personally, I had lower back pain for a solid year from how stupid a worker I was. As far as I know it wasn't due to any sort of bone placement changing and I assume it was just a matter of time.

    • @wethepeople7629

I agree with you also speaking from own experience with 4 herniated discs from L2 down to S1 and L1-L2 bone spurs. I’m completely off work for 5 months now to heal and it’s such s slow process. For about a month I couldn’t even put socks, underwear, pants or shirt on.
I feel so sorry for this guy in the video and I pray he got better slowly.
People I’m telling you with a honest heart “take care of your health and especially your spine”.
Your spine is where all the nerves start.
Wish you all a good health
