An incredibly valuable video! I think it will be very useful for many players. And it can improve the quality of fights in general in the RTA. It is the understanding of the mechanics of the game, knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of the heroes, as well as the draft strategy (the principles of which I still know from different MOBA games) make the fights interesting. And also in many ways (plus a good roster of heroes) they helped me in pvp. Very often (on the way to the champion, and sometimes in it) I met situations when an opponent gathers a team and seemed to think: ok, I'm not sure what I am doing, but I hope that it will work. And this is far from the best strategy xD
Really great analysis and I often follow your strat of not picking dps too early. One thing I feel could be added is if you are the first pick, draft your next 4 heroes with the resolution of only having to face the enemy's first 4 picks, this way you can be confident that whatever power pick the enemy picks last can be banned outright without facing the situation of "which do i ban?". Having the mindset of "no worries, I can ban that unit" , early on in the draft phase can be detrimental because you might be drafting yourself into a corner by picking units the enemy already has a response to.
I cannot thank you enough for this video, it was very helpfull! I was able to reach a 7 win streak in Champion RTA just bc of your tips. Keep the great work man!
Really good vídeo, You should try consider an expansion of this. Like 3-5 RTA matches but focusing on draft and following the step on step mentality, doesnt have to be your marches either like grab hours (ir he wants) draft and talk why he picks/banns or things like that
you need to do a 3 star RTA guide like we've seen great 3 stars like Celeste Doris and F Kluri but what are others that we might need to consider that are awesome in RTA when build properly for that. This is good for a player who has been blessed by RNG and has a good collection of heroes.. It all comes to gear
One thing that I think you danced around but did not explicitly mention, and this is a mistake that I see ALOT of players make in RTA, is that - if you have last pick - you should decided what you are banning on the other team BEFORE figuring out your last pick. It’s such a common mistake.
Yeah that’s a really good point I missed! There are several things I feel after doing it for so long just come almost intuitively after millions of drafts that you forget about it
@@kingblair2415 ahhh cool cool appreciate it awesome video I’m a master player and was in the group of wanting to climb and this for sure helped keep it up
Ye gear and Hero pools arent everything. I have like six usable heroes with average gear on all of them and I'm in masters RTA. Also Arby as a first pick is weird ngl. Tho it may be a mind game thing like having someone use an arby counter or two on him as their first picks rather than their core heroes.
I don't think this is too helpful as you have to have the best gear, if not you lose. Simple as that. Fastest must be at least285-300, bruiser must have no less than 1500 defal and 16000 HP with 100% crit, the list goes on. I wish I could win and give this thumbs up, but losing 27 times in a row sucks and never gotten past bronze.
This video should how to out speed opponent because IMO RTA is just counter pick vs counter pick. Even if you do somehow out smart these whales who claim their F2P yet have every unit in the game which is mathematically impossible. Speed beats everything being faster is always the mission. Don’t come for me this is just my opinion. Love your work still.
@@kingblair2415 yet even then it’s pretty tough, cleave will still have a way around it. I’m not tripping at all about it it’s just the reality of the game.
If you want to see u higher level considerations and current meta teams, make sure to leave a comment and a like :)
Yes please my dude, these are great
Hey King, just wanted to say that this video was very helpful! I was able to get into Masters in just 50 games with a 66% win rate!
Hey that’s awesome! Congratulations on that :)

Haha yeah having your comfort picks and having pocket picks is honestly my favorite part of this game. It just feels like 3D chess

A pretty good insight on how to deal against the enemy's surprise-last-pick if they pick 2nd. I'll keep that in mind when drafting as 1st pick.
Yeah that’s really good practice since that way you won’t be caught off guard. Really good tip right there
Just got Masters for the first time! Your video really helped me get the right mindset and game plans. Thanks a ton!
For real, I will re-watch again and again to check out anything missed.
Hopefully it helps :)
@@kingblair2415 I climbed to Gold from Bronze just a few hours with your guide(I only got 6 ML5)

Yeah that would be p interesting and having a cool breakdown :)
Great guide. Its interesting how most examples were "unit x y z" or an FCC.
love the rta content my fav in the wyvern section in the epic seven series. Literally one of my fav games of all time.
This guide is amazing!! Lots of knowledge shared and gained :D Thank you King Blair :D!!
Glad it helped ! :)
@@kingblair2415 I will try focus on what I have instead of building up too many hahaha!!
Thanks for the guide man.
Hope it helps :)

3 stars are surprisingly really really good in rta particularlt the sc changes and mirsa. With right gear though you can make some really spicy teams
Great video! It made me remember that I built A. Ras lmao
Haha yes aras op
best e7 content creator, thks bro
Thank you :)
Dam its like this guide to talking directly at me just what i wanted.
hope it helped :)
Good video, I don't do RTA but good to know if I ever get enough geared heroes.
It’s really fun I really like it :)
Funny enough I was in discord with minh I think and vV talking about this specific thing lol

Good work KB
Hope you enjoyed!
Question I saw at the end you had G Purg and didn’t ban cerise does g Purg passive go before the cerise restrict or after?
No sadly it goes after I was going for a resist with my sage Baal but didn’t get it. Hindsight I should have just banned the cerise :/

Adlay the Secret Flidica Counter no one talks about
I literally always pre ban Ruele. I could deal with her, but she is really annoying to me and way too many people have her
That’s fair I rarely see them though but hey if you hate it you hate it
Appreciate it bro
Now all I need is to have Speed RNG bless me :(

youre not wrong in speed being a dominant stat rn but tank teams can still do good but its very specific setups
