The movies are so inaccurate. Percy never fought Annabeth during Capture the Flag. Annabeth is blonde with grey eyes. Grover is a ginger and white (although the actor got his personality majorly correct). Percy got the pearls from a nymph, there was no map. Ares was the holder of the shield not Luke. The teacher was a fury (which is correct) but she was a old lady. They weren't 17 in the first book! They changed how Percy got Chiron's pen (aka Riptide), he was suppose to have had it when he fought the fury and Chiron used the mist to cover it. The cut out the fountain scene from the first book. Why is this so inaccurate?! UNCLE RICK, HOW COULD YOU LET THIS HAPPEN?!?!?!?!
HannahBlox Ive learned that when Uncle Rick signed over the rights to make a movie with this, he wasn't given an input on how this could be made correctly. So it isn't Uncle Rick's fault. He actually is very saddened by what a wreck the directors made of his book
