Never in my life would I have pictured myself driving a Cadillac, but here I am. We got the nimbus blue with the 500ho and AWD - this coming a few years after having sold the C7 Corvette. This car is absolutely amazing on so many levels, and it’s just bada$$ to look at. We love that it’s ballsy and makes no apologies for its funky details (the dual rear light setup, the “look at me” lighting choreography, the brain-sizzling acceleration, the glorious sound of a full, yet subtly restrained orchestra while driving in slow speed, the huge tires, short overhangs, panoramic roof, floating console, and that freakin’ color: I can’t stop from looking back at it every time I have to walk away. After having owned many nice cars (Mitsubishi 3000GT V-R4, Acura NSX, Lincoln Mark VIII LSC just to name a few, I’m a dub enough of a man to admitted

Indeed a nice EV by Cadillac,I drove a CTS for 7yrs no complaint and then moved to Tesla X Plaid. This new Lyriq is fancy no doubt but in terms of Tech, they are high schoolers whereas Tesla is at PHD level if you understand the analogy, Since I have been with Tesla past 1.5 years..Super Happy....All TESLAs have the same tech as per your budget, Nothing can beat that. I wonder with a similar amount of money Y or S can be bought if X is out of range, why ppl go for any other EV.... Just for a few interiors and lighting...lolzz

I really liked this EV. So much so, that I pre-ordered a
Lyriq after test driving a preproduction model in 2022. I gave GM a $100 deposit and never got my vehicle. They claim that they are unable to find my order number in their system, even though I sent them a screenshot of the order that they sent me. I guess I’ll have to get the Acura ZDX with the air suspension.

Cadillac should move all ev sales to a similar form like Tesla or Rivian that completely get rid of dealers. I know some people who bought Tesla or Rivian simply because they just made purchases online with transparent prices and fees, and you don't need to deal with crazy salesman from dealership. No negotiation skills needed. For example, if Tesla tells you, your vechile costs $50k, then it is $50k, but if dealers tells you $50k, you will soon find out is much pricier
I have family that live a in southern New England I heard it take 6.5 hours to fully charge.
for Level 2 Home Charging and 300 miles of range that's not bad. my 2018 Chevy Volt PHEV takes 4 hours to charge and it's battery is much smaller only gets 50-60 miles of EV. level 3 chargers are 70 miles at 10 minutes... which is kinda crazy!!
Island buyers be ware!!!! Supercruise doesn’t work in Hawaii and won't for "several " years. Cadillac should be warning buyers but of course they aren't ☹️
I will never buy an electric vehicle. No matter what name you place over the bumper. You can put cherry lip stick on a pig, it doesn't change it into a Cadillac
