They should have stepped up the gameplay element of this. Have the population mechanic be that you can overrun your deck with rats cause they are so numerous but you can only have one very powerful endangered animal its so rare. Make attacks and defenses with some flavor that reflects the animals actual behaviour and then and this is the kicker….. Take the Metazoo approach of having tournaments at cryptid sites, but have tournaments at zoos, children’s museums, and wildlife conservation centers. Have exclusive packs sold at certain zoos. Go to a children’s museum on Arbor Day and get an exclusive card with purchase of a ticket. It would benefit the learning centers and help kids become more interested in conservation through collecting and playing cards.
I bought a box of 10 packs. My first impression was that the cards were low quality. I was so disappointed. Not because I wasted $50, but because I wanted this product to be amazing. I wasn’t too happy, until I pulled my Southern White Rhino numbered to 10,000. My Rhino was in really good condition. I want more packs, but I do agree with you. The cards are flimsy and easily damaged. I still like it.
The gameplay element sounds very lacking. It’s just top trumps and if they are going to go very simple gameplay wise then they need to really step up with the card quality. It’s a nice idea but the execution seems a little weak but if this is there first time creating and printing cards hopefully they learn from this.
I'm a backer. Got one gold box also. Simple concept maybe a bit rushed to try and catch the bull run. Seems like the whole kickstarter was professionally run as the printing was started like a week after the ks finished. Seems a bit of a shame with the holo quality, but it seems like every indie tcg has issues with the first set. At the moment I can't see the creators continuing with this tcg.
I think with some good marketing pushes and partnerships with the right people this card game can definitely go places. The site and kickstarter were definitely professionally made and give a very nice first impression.
Never heard of this tcg, but it seems like a nice idea that doesn't really translate to a proper product. As someone completely unfamiliar with the project, here are my main gripes that I see: -Information on the product is too vague in general. The creators need to clarify and give proper numbers on a lot more details if they want this to grow beyond the kickstarter -only foils matter, nonfoils seem nonimportant which isn't good for playability or collectability -but actually no, only a subcategory of foils matter so it's even worse -not a foil per booster, which isn't an issue with many tcgs. However, since only rare foils matter here and many don't, why not put some of those lower tier foils in here so that every pack gets some odds to pull something? As things are, too many packs will simply contain nothing of value to attract collectors
I may be done after the first 10 minutes , not sure i want to waste another 30 minutes hearing the same thing . Got enough negativity around me already...

Thanks for sharing. I was curious about this TCG. Great to see some content about it. 😊

The cards look pretty kool.
Kool concept overall. I like that 1/1 World card idea.
Actually this looks very nice to me and I appreciate a simple game, I bought some boxes and I hope they will continue with another set!
I missed the kickstarter campaign but bought the only box listed on eBay. I can’t wait to open my box
As an animal and tcg lover, it's a must buy for me 😍 hope I can get it somewhere in Germany
Hab noch eine hier
@@m.vang.9227 Wo liegen die Boxen denn preislich? 😊
Hat jemand herausgefunden wo man diese Karten kaufen kann?
Are you selling the black panther holo?
How exactly is this a game?
There is an earth card, non holo that is printed to 6,000

All great points and I agree the rate of “good” foils feel very off.
