Hi, this varies based on income/ visa band. My guest did highlight on this during the conversation. He mentioned the varying time frame for Specialist Employee Visa, Key Employee Visa and the other employee visa bands.
It is an accredited institution one of the best in malta.. you can apply with your ssce for diploma courses OND and HND... they are on 50 percent discount on tuition fee right now.. The better part of it is that you have to get your visa before paying for your tuition fee...

So this MQRIC thing is not useless after all... Not all unis in Malta requires MQRIC but a particular sch requires it and I just paid 60€ for it. At least it's needed for work permit so like I said, not so useless after all
