I managed to get a 997.1 with the Aero Kit during the summer (was looking for a couple months) I bought it from someone that was leaving the country.
I am slowly customising and adding my touches, but what a beauty the car is.
For anyone buying a Porsche, get a 997.1 - make sure you get a bore scoring check. They are the best Carrera 2’s that you will buy.
Nice purchase and car looks stunning. I bought a C2S with similar spec to yours (colour, aero kit etc..) and man what a car!! I heard a straight through GT3 style exhaust fitted on the Carrera 3.6 and feel it had a real nice sound to it so definitely want to change mine from the Fabspeed system thats already fitted. Would be good to see the updates and possibly see you at some meets/shows!
Still one of my life goals to own a 911 and I will, love what you’ve done and with this beauty and everything you do car wise in general, your channel is way undersubscribed but keep up the great work

I just bought a black 997.1 X51 power kit. So far so good.
I have the Armytrix exhaust with catbyass on my 997s.1 aero. Its sounds amazing. Good luck with your build.

Nice modification you’ve made it is really beautiful and it is classy and elegant but ferocious at the same time, love your 997 Carrera S MK I, but I am just wondering isn’t it a 3.6 liters with as you said 345-350 bhp and the 997 Carrera S MK II has a 3.8 liters DFI with 385 bhp !?
Read few different papers before I bought mine so it got me curious (I have the latter).

Same here on the height, I simply can't do the default factory height and wish they would just offer that out of the factory, either lowered or not as it's one of the most popular mods. Love the look, although I’d personally prefer a smaller wheel and tires with more meat on them.

Did the Kenwood unit go straight in or was cutting etc required?

Check out suspension upgrade, specifically the DSC box. I have a similar spec to you, I'm really struggling to find a gt3 front bumper though.

Interesting mods, personally wouldn’t go lower and would actually raise slightly. Defo NOT asbo with the exhaust. Thanks for sharing details on ICE and cameras … now go enjoy it! Hope to have one of my own soon …
In regards to your wheels are you running spacers? What is the offset?
If it’s valved then just have it subtle for day to day and asbo naughty for those weekend blasts 🔊🔥😂

Park, which exact Kenwood stereo model did you get. I only ask as I’m looking to upgrade my one in my 997.1. TQ
We've installed the Kenwood DMX-8020DABS in this 997 - fantastic unit. Will cover some of the features in an future episode when we upgrade the speakers.

Uh oh, 20s on the 997? Put on the flame suit. Interior: 991.2 GT3 steering wheel is an easy bolt on mod, I love it. Also Numeric shifter is incredible. Utranzit Bluetooth adaptor makes your phone a source for music and GPS. Also ditch the painted aerokit lip and either get the black unpainted GT3 version OR get the cup version that is MUCH more flexy.

I didn't care what the head unit looked like.all I was bothered about was to connect my phone to it.i jsu brought a unit that plugs into the cd changer to give me blue tooth.nice car kw suspension ain't cheap.

Too low and wrong tire size profiles. Keep it original, that's what makes Porsche a Porsche and not a fake look alike.
