How to decorate Cute Floral Cupcakes

Cute Floral Cupcakes quick and easy decoration
Buttercream:
1 stick butter
1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening
4 Cups Sifted Powder sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Milk or water to thin out buttercream
Mix butter and shortening until well combined in a slow-medium speed. Butter becomes pale.
Add the sugar cup by cup until it mixes well all together. Add the vanilla and add water/milk to adjust the consistency. My recipe was doubled and I used about 3 Tbsp of water. Add a little at the time.
If it becomes to runny add some more powder sugar.
