You should put LaFumble StripSack for the defensive player. There is an X-Factor where downhill hit sticks are automatic fumbles (Avalanche, which makes the incurable disease easy), no matter who you're tackling. Also, if you play on Rookie Arcade mode and settings, fumbles and picks are a lot easier to come by. For Superstar abilities, enforcer and deflator should do the trick.
