I filled 10 IA still not
showing 75000 exemption in 80 u?

Mene 80DD ke undar ITR fill kr diya but mene 10IA form nhi upload Kiya ..
Handicap vala certificate to h papa ka ..
Muje puchna ta ki aage kya hoga income tax vaalo ka mail aayga muje ya penalty dena pdega ...sirf certificate dikaane se chlega

Section 80 U is applicable in new tax regime
Sir i am selected 80 U and fill up 10IA,but without fill up 80DD,iam unable to submit the form
After submitting 10IA, i filled up 80U but it is asking me to submit 80DD also for which i am not eligible.
Do we have any way out ?

I am a hadicapped central government employee. I am taking 75000 benefit from past many years. This amount is already mentioned in form-16 issued by my employer Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. I am already having a handicap certificate from authorised government hospital i.e. All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AIIPMR)
Directorate General Of Health Services Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Pl. let me know whether I have to take fresh certificate in 10IA or my existing certificate will do for uploading?

Date of Form 10IA and Ack number of Form 10IA provided in schedule 80DD/Schedule 80U should match with efiling DB filed for claiming section 80DD/Section 80U

Without submitting 10 IA, can not claim deduction
can Sec10IA deduction can be taken by 2 brothers for his disabled mother?
