Using the HE-162 for CAS is like dogfighting in a Lancaster
well... to be fair, any plane can CAS and the He 162 might have just as good a stab at it than for dogfighting. I'm currently spading it in ground battles for that reason
Next content idea!! Take a Lancaster into top tier, turn off engines and gunship while gliding

If you turn off auto repair, then repair costs really are L O N G
The engine won't overheat as easily if the throttle is at 104% or 106%.
You can have the engine at 105% without overheating, 106% will make the engine overheat within 10mins

I use to complain about historical accuracies of video games until I realized just how horrible some games would be if they were completely accurate. I mean imagine using the T-34 or Panther and really dealing with the issues those tanks had. Most of you kids don't know just how horrible military equipment generally is in terms of reliability, durability, and actual combat performance/implication.

@Matthew Caughey but the wood wasnt glued, and the he 162 was not used in dogfighting or any of this stuff, yeah it was bad which i think i confirmed, and it wasnt successful but what im talking about here is that it is NOT based off of the v-1 missiles

I actually enjoyed that jet in air rb. Its very fast if you keep your speed against props and all those ground pounding USA AD and am1 is your food you just turn fight with them

It is not a great plane but it sure is enjoyable to fly. I have test flown it in simulator settings with a joystick, flew high up and disabled the engine...Such a nice view and I love the sound of the wind hitting the plane.

Retracting flaps whilst braking after landing removes lift, which does indeed put more weight on the brakes, so it should work in war thunder

the 162 does great in ground RB because most people are busy dealing with tanks and is good at killing american spaa if you have the perfect approach and it deals with lower br stuff, in air RB is not very good other than as a general interceptor (cas, bombers)
In my opinion , the Jadgpanther looks like when the modeler for the tank accidently moves the big turret into the hull and thinks it looks good

if you think about it, injured gunner makes an electric driven turret turn slower, which means that guy is just not moving the joystick all the way to the left or right, so he saying if he suffering the rest of the crew can suffer
