- This is an ORIGINAL song from Princess Trixie Sparkle episode 11.
Twilight has realized that Trixie’s intentions were to save them, not to hurt them. She tells Trixie she has forgiven her, and that it’s not too late to make things right and be her friend. Trixie embraces Twilight’s forgiveness and is therefore able to bring herself out of the void where Astelle had previously banished her to save Twilight and her friends. Together, with the newest element of harmony: Forgiveness, they were finally able to defeat Astelle.
This is by far my most favorite song in the entirety of the Princess Trixie Sparkle series. PegasusPitch and I devoted so many hours to just this song. After I wrote the lyrics and found the melody I wanted, Pitch and I had to come up with the harmonies and I think they turned out just beautifully, don’t you?

I love how Astelle is just standing there watching. She's like "I could stop this and kill all of them right now if I wanted to, but meh, this song is pretty good. I'll let them live for now" xD

This song is my favorite from the whole series I’ve been watching since it first came out
I couldn’t help but shed some tears in this scene when Twilight saw the light of forgiveness and extended her hoof in friendship. This was a triumphant moment for Trixie and I loved it! Excellent song overall, kudos to all.😉

You do realize that it wasn't twilight who saw the light of forgiveness, right? It was Trixie who saw the light of forgiveness, Trixie had used a spell which swapped twilight and her bodies so it was all Trixie doing all of that in twilight's body, it was never twilight doing all that bad stuff
@@eleanorwilliams-johnson83 Pardon me, but I’ve seen this story multiple times and know what I mean by what I say. Throughout the series, Twilight was having trouble forgiving Trixie because of the things that Trixie had put her through(stealing her body, arresting her, taunting her, etc.). With all of that, Twilight couldn’t find herself to forgive the things Trixie had done.
Before this song started during the finale, Twilight called out to Trixie in her lowest point of vulnerability saying “I forgive you.” So again I say, that Twilight saw the light of forgiveness, for the things that Trixie had done to her.
@@SpacialRend7 I hope I didn't offend you earlier, I understand now what you were saying, I guess I just didn't see how twilight was acting towards Trixie but Trixie also saw the light of forgiveness too when she finally forgave twilight
I would want to comment on the instrumental for a second, as I think that is the standout of this entire song. Jay Man, nailed the tone; being a light of hope for forgiveness, and with the use of it almost sounding like some certain Joe Hisaishi tracks.
Props to everyone in the vocal, props to Mag for the lyrical accompaniment, And especially a mad props to JM for one of the best song's in the series.

Because Mag deserves it for making this amazing song! PTS was my first MLP audio drama and it was one of my favorites!!!!! I will highly miss it and I can’t wait to see what else Mag has in store and remember

This song is my very absolute favorite song in the whole series and that's saying something considering all of the cool original songs and relyricized(not sure that's a word but hey who really cares) songs that magpiepony and the rest helped put together.
