I love how pomegranate, licorice, and dark choco cookie show off their weapons at the beginning but *poison mushroom cookie just proceeds to vibe harder*
Licorice: see this? This is what I use to reap licorice souls and summon my licorice minions, and slicing too
Dark Choco: show my weapon? *sigh* fine *shows his Strawberry Jam Sword* can I leave now?
Pomegranate: this is my mirror. It's not much, but I can use my pomegranate magic with it

@@tempotg5 fr, a lot of people (mostly new fans) don't realize that there's more material than crk and with that more cookies. I remember when I started playing crob I did tons of research and learned all about the previous games!
@@anthonywolfe594 oooo, same here! i never realised they have (well used to) an ovenbreak 2! and i also learnt a lot about the older cookies that didn't get into crob yet
@@tempotg5 when I did my research it was like early 2019 and I found out about banana cookie and cinnamon cookie's existence, at that point they hadn't added them yet so when cinnamon cookie arrived I was so excited because I knew that banana cookie would show up in the future too! It sucks that older cookies haven't and most likely will never show up tho like coffee cookie or cloud cookie

Something I like to think about, is that aLl the foods these cookies are based upon (with the exemption of dark mistress) have evil connotations
Poison cookie and licorice are self explanatory, but it’s pomegranate and dark choco that interest me.
I’ll start with choco since I love him. Dark chocolate is usually considered bitter and horrid, but that’s not usually the case. In his story, correct me if I’m mistaken, he didn’t choose to follow the darkness, rather, the strawberry jam (I believe) is what corrupted him. As a person, he doesn’t want to be evil, but he had no choice. Dark chocolate isn’t supposed to be bitter, it’s just pure cacao.
Now to pomegranate, and I’ve done research.
Pomegranates have been considered to be the poster fruit of the underworld. But, hades, nor the underworld, is inherently evil. What makes the pomegranate evil is the lore behind Persephone and hades. So Persephone, we know her, she’s sweet and the daughter of a powerful goddess, Demeter. One day, she travels into the underworld and eats exactly 6 pomegranate seeds. So hades captures her, as she’s trespassing, and makes a deal that for 6 months out of the year, she will remain with him, while the other 6 she returns to her mother. Now pomegranates story interests me as well. She was the (empress?) of the pomegranate kingdom, and was usually considered to be kind and loyal, until she recieved a prophecy that she’ll join the darkness. So when dark enchantress cookie conquered her village, she gladly joined her. In some versions of the Persephone and hades story, it was Persephone who decided that she’ll remain with hades.
So yeah. :)
I knew pomegranate’s meaning but when you explained dark choco it just makes so much more sense :D
