Jolene you totally killed it today. The footage is far better than the usual car shows on network TV. Thank you so much for taking the time to master your skills and sharing .❤
I totally agree with you. People like to say he blabs when he’s in his shop building his custom cars, but it’s quite remarkable how he can talk as he’s working and not sound like a pain in the butt !! It’s very very hard to talk through a video as you work and bad Chad is one of the best at it.
I'm 71 and was a lowrider and an artist, autobody and painter, customized from 77 - 98. I little with some once in a while. I agree, the total custom lowrider art pieces are the top of the line show cars. Thank you for this video and Jolene's dedication to her videos and all involved with that field of technology. You may not like Lowriders but you have to appreciate the huge amount of time and skill involved in building these cars etc. I was involved in the build of a hot rod here in Australia that ended up being invited to the USA for several shows and won . I know how mcu time and materials go into the cars but Lowriders are absolutely next level above any restoration of any vehicle no matter how old unique or rare they may be.
Chad & Joline thank you for the tour there were alot of amazing cars! The hours and hours of prep work and paint work that go into those works of art. Layer upon layer of paint and just the right amount of coats of each color and then coat after coat of clear! Then that lowrider with the entire body engraved the hours that had to go in to doing that! Jolene thank you for all your hard work on the video!
Some of the low riders are phenomenal, the work put in is in the thousands of hours, as many as 3000 hours I've heard. That means at our shop it would cost $450,000 in labor alone.
Thanks for taking us to the worlds best permanent car show...the Peterson. I could never afford to miss enough work to go there in person...thankyou Jolene and Chad. ❤
That silver car with all the pressed panels was off the hook. All the cars and bikes looked amazing. I did like the car that had the flip down door on it. Never saw that on a car before.Thank you guys for sharing a tour!!
Hi Chad & Jolene, my son and I were thrilled to meet you both @ Lane 88 also @ the Sandown 500. I hope you enjoyed your trip as much as we have, and thanks for taking us along. Cheers Michael
This is no longer a car. This is an art peice. I do struggle with the idea of a car not driving, but I 100% respect a pure art form. This car is pure art. It is insane, and I love it.
You are Right about everything on Gibsy Rose , I am Surprised of how much you know about D Low Rider Back ground keep up the good Work Chat n Joelen, from Central of California blessing.
Bad chad you definitely have the talent to build a car just like these, you should give it a shot. Just build one a little bit at a time. I have built 4 of them. I’m presently working on one right now. I’m working on a 1940 Chevy special deluxe.
Geez that crimson metallic at 10.56 is stunningly beautiful, I had a Hotty EH Holden back decades ago in a crimson metallic that my brother painted although not as a pristine showpiece like that but it was real nice nonetheless
There is a lot of new builds or updated ones. I was shocked at how many LS swaps have been shown 👀😧. So the artists are still around and new ones are taking up the trade and keeping it going 👌👏.
The Paneling of the sides, Hood, trunk , top style a layer framed within a layer framed in a layer...ect... Started in California. I remember seasons of Autorama shows in Sacramento in the 70's and these were always the best cars. Body line highlighting is also something you dont see anymore... Like a black painted 60's Thunderbird with all the angles painted with a half inch to one inch band of a bright color that is hidden until the sun hits it..... Too many plain cars these days. Except for the Rose Lowrider, alot of those looked like late 80s to 90s paint styles... I love the 70's better.
These are show cars. Pristine cars like these go from show to show as a tour. You do not drive these cars unless the owner decides to do so. Many years ago we would see Gypsy rose cruising along in my neighborhood. I do not know if the owner does that now.❤❤❤ THANK you chad! And Jolene, the beautiful queen!!! Great camera work, like always!❤😊😊
You only have those models due to some guy putting all his time and $$$ and emotion into his build . And it being appreciated and then brought down to a level you and someone else can enjoy .
Surprised they don't have a Barris Kustom car there. At least I didn't see one I'm familiar with. Looks like most of them are low riders. Those paint jobs are awesome!
The reason the low riders are at the quality and caliber that they are because low riding is a family activity you wouldn't believe it but the kids even add into the car becomes part of the family
Don't sell yourself short Bad Chad. The art you produce is equivalent to those fine low riders. You could do that if you had the time. Perhaps your loving wife could paint one like that with you. GOD bless your family, thanks for taking us along with you two on your trip. I wouldn't be able to afford something of that caliber.
after seeing this collection your mind must be spinning with a lot of ideas for your next build. I know my brain if sofull of ideas I cant wait to involve some new ideas in my next build. I have a 66 Mustang that I wantt to make special just haven't found the right style yet.
Sure would like to know/see how the patterned metal car was done. Fascinating stuff. Many many hours of detailed work. Good work filming as usual jolene. Cheers 🍻
I never really liked lowriders until I saw this video, but now I have a deep appreciation for the artistry. Thanks for sharing!✨
Jolene you totally killed it today. The footage is far better than the usual car shows on network TV. Thank you so much for taking the time to master your skills and sharing .❤
You are one of the best host of videos on UA-cam. Honest informative humble words. You are one of the best. Thank you.

G your journey with us. Thank you
Most of these SWEET DREAMS were built in the 90s, and it's amazing they're still around to be loved & cherished😍GREAT VID GUYZ✌️
Chad & Joline thank you for the tour there were alot of amazing cars! The hours and hours of prep work and paint work that go into those works of art. Absolutely out of this world. Thanks for sharing
I am a docent at the museum and this is one of my favorite stations . You did a great job covering the high lites.

Thanks for taking us to the worlds best permanent car show...the Peterson.
I could never afford to miss enough work to go there in person...thankyou Jolene and Chad. ❤
The upper control arms on that blue lowrider lazer cut into shape of flames and then chromed is incredible detailing

The gypsy Rose car was in the opening credits of Chico and the man a TV show when I was a kid in the 1970s
Talk about art cars, unbelievable, thanks for taking us along
Good evening Jolene and chad and thank you so much for sharing your experience and journey
Hi Chad & Jolene, my son and I were thrilled to meet you both @ Lane 88 also @ the Sandown 500. I hope you enjoyed your trip as much as we have, and thanks for taking us along. Cheers Michael

GREAT MUSIC __ BACKGROUND --- Ads a nice touch to the video !
I put that on my bucket list. It's amazing how much money and time goes into a low rider.
More like INSANE! Thanks for playing my tune Jolene! These cars , and bikes are CRAZY!
The Petersen is a good reason to go to LA in the first place. I live in Alaska but just like Randy Newman, I LOVE LA!
Beautiful cars...and bikes...great place to be...definitely an art form😊
Great video. I liked the voice over while watching Chad look at the exhibits and meet people
This is no longer a car. This is an art peice. I do struggle with the idea of a car not driving, but I 100% respect a pure art form. This car is pure art. It is insane, and I love it.

Lovely surprise....thank you..
Hat’s off for Jolene’s camera work, beautiful job!❤
Thanks for sharing, you guys hit it out of the park!
Geez that crimson metallic at 10.56 is stunningly beautiful, I had a Hotty EH Holden back decades ago in a crimson metallic that my brother painted although not as a pristine showpiece like that but it was real nice nonetheless
Unbelievable cars. wow
very good narration/voice over. Loved it
Wow so many nice cars love them all

Great video Jolene and BADChad👊🇿🇦
It is a little surreal having a private walk through, no fans, no interruptions, just alone with your thoughts. Nice effect!
WOW! Thanks.
What an amazing works of Classic Automobile Artistry .
I almost teared up looking at that Double Trouble car. Staggering. Be cool, 'freezerburn
I live in Burbank California i just saw one going down the road yesterday it was a 64 ford galaxie and was incredibly beautiful

That purple Bugatti is the car version of Jolene. It's absolutely gorgeous and her eyes and smile sparkle.

Jolene you did a fantastic job of filming the cars......but what about a few seconds on each of the description plates?
Amazing

Chad’s mind is “blown away” by Craftsmanship! Think about that for a minute.

Agreed
Come out to California, you'll see cars like this on the city streets, but not so much on the freeways
These are show cars. Pristine cars like these go from show to show as a tour. You do not drive these cars unless the owner decides to do so. This is a special lowrider exhibit which will be there through April . I work there there :)
@@randyterwilliger7457 I'm jealous!
You guys are Cooler Than Dang It!
The First gold painted car looks like one that the guys from Counts Kustoms came across on one of the episodes.
That car won low rider of the year 2015 -16 -17 . After three wins they do not let you compete anymore for that award .
Welcome home almost, how do you keep from being over stimulated ? So many great cars and people.
The reason the low riders are at the quality and caliber that they are because low riding is a family activity you wouldn't believe it but the kids even add into the car becomes part of the family
jolene where did you get that blues guitar music? awsome. you knocked me out. great vid. loved it. nice sound track. the best yet.
At a low st. For. Words. To describe ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Cool cars, that tune around the 15 minute mark is also cool, what is it?

Sure would like to know/see how the patterned metal car was done. Fascinating stuff. Many many hours of detailed work. Good work filming as usual jolene. Cheers 🍻
