- This is by far my favorite departure montage I've ever filmed! Mostly heavies with some narrow bodies in the mix for an amazing compilation you won't want to miss! Hope you all enjoy!

Lufthansa is a normal 747-430 not a ER- version ;-) only Qantas flys the -ER Boeing 747

My favorites were the Nolinor and the AT A310, was surprised by the Eastern, didn't know they were still flying, but i like the colors.

Spent 25 years working at Dixie and Shawson! The day of Air France incident went to grab a coffee. Three 747's ready to go and guess who was late coming back from lunch? Had no idea the AN 225 (?) Was here until seen it sitting from Courtney Park + 410. Lucked into seeing it leave!

Gotta say, I think the Eastern Airlines 767-200 at the end was my fav. Based on it's registration, it's registered in the U.S., however after a quick search dating all the way back to it's introduction in '84, I can't find a configuration number. You'd think it was a cargo aircraft but the windows threw me off. Can anyone offer any additional info?? Great vid as always.😉👍👍✌️

This video is very colourful, I didn't know Lufthansa's livery was THAT blue? Did you edit the footage to be more rich in colour, or am I going reverse-colourblind?
Edit: the Air Belgium 343 is f**ing awesome looking (incredible filming as usual)!
I did some saturation boost, but it's very minimal! In lighting like this, it definitely is much more blue than I realized lol. Thanks for watching!
The first Lufthansa plane seemed all blue, but the one near the end was the gold colour I'm used to. (Referring to the logo.)
Fascinating!! I could literally watch planes landing and taking off for hours!! Just wondering how you get the flight info for each plane. (i.e. flight number and destination) The ordinary person just standing there watching would have no idea!

I use flight radar and I also have an atc app on my phone where I can get tower talking directly to pilots live .. it’s amazing .. it’s called LiveATC

If u stand on airport road 2 lights south of derry road there is a tim hortons with great views

Where were you standing while filming? At the Air Canada hanger on Airport Rd. where the old McDonnell Douglas hanger was or on Derry Rd?
Neither, lol. This was along the side of Convair drive at the end of RWY 24R/6L
@@LeppAviation From my old job I liked the inbound flights better ! They would just be pulling in the wheels for departure when I would see them.
The A310 looks like a WIDEBODY A320

Nice quality vids and great graphics. Love the airline logos along side the flight and aircraft data. Better close ups would be big improvement.
I couldn't disagree more. Close-ups make it harder to film, and is less enjoyable to watch
