    In Sonora Mex, we have amaizing mezquite and ironwood honey!!!! I made small batches of diferents styles of mead, but nothing compares with your job amaizing products of Supersrition Congrat's!!

    I made mead at home, in Brazil.
    I didn't have a chance to use this kind of honey, from stingless bess, but I know it's really incredible. :)

    Fun video. I would love to hear more about how you assisted in the opening of a meadery in Brazil. I am working with my brother to open a Meadery in upstate NY, and no matter how much we study and practice the idea is still a bit nerve wracking at times. The fact that you not only created one of the most impressive meaderies I've ever seen, but also assisted in the creation of this business on another continent is incredible to me.

    I'm surprised to hear you say there are "bee parts" in the honey (@6:40 ). I'm a beekeeper myself so I know that it is filtered to remove any chunks of beeswax or "bee parts" that might come through the extraction process. I wouldn't dream of sending honey to a customer that hadn't been filtered.
