Love the utility room....you have a spot for a freezer!! So important in this time of growing food. But,
Dining area is too small !

Wish it had a pantry. Could use the cubby i guess for storage. Good size bedrooms and closets. Like primary bath especially the tub. Very nice home! Thank you for the tour!
I like tubs that have an Airbath, so they need some room for mechanics, but not as much as jacuzzi tubs.
I like this house, I love the floors they are beautiful. I would get my kitchen cabinets the color to match the floor.
I love the heavy old claw foot tubs because they are roomy and retain the heat longer than modern tubs. As for the other options, remember you have to crawl around and clean the floor behind them…not the easiest option if it’s placed near the wall!

Not a bad home, did bug me that they had the dining table so far towards the hallway.
