[The Run Down] Eden Eternal: Awaken Inquisitor - Rifleteer Class Skills

The Rifleteer the awaken form of the inquisitor class from Eden Eternal. This class is mostly good at AOE damage.
Class Certificates:
Indomitable Strike lv2
Your attack have a 5% chance recover HP +5%.
Deadly Onslaught lv2
Your attacks have a 10% chance to trigger P-ATK and M-ATK +10% 10 seconds.
Staggering Blow lv2
Your attacks have a 5% chance to stun the target for 2 sec. Prevents stun immunity.
All Skills lv80:
Fearless Slash
Grants P-ATK, deals DMG and knocks away all enemies within 15m of self. Absorbs 30% of DMG dealt as HP and -20% Move SPD of all enemies hit for 5 sec.
Zephyr’s Tooth
1 Hit: Grants P-ATK, double-hit target. Also +25% Move SPD for 10 sec.
2nd hit: Triple-hit target and gives self "Speedster" effect, which +164 ATK SPD for 5 sec, stacks up to 3. When "Speedster" effect stacks to 3, extra effect "Powerful" will be given, which +8202 ATK for 6 sec.
Shadow Shackle
1st hit: ATK +5468 and deals DMG to all enemies within 36m straight-line area towards target. Also gives them "Shadow Bind" effect which -20% Move SPD for 5 sec.
2nd hit: Deals DMG to all enemies within 36m Straight-line area towards target. If enemies have "Shadow Bind" effect, they will be knocked down for 3 sec.
Court of Judgement
Grants P-ATK, deals DMG to all enemies within 15m of self. Also -50% Move SPD of them and deals 1155 DMG per sec to them, lasts 6 sec.
Sicklebolt
Grants P-ATK, triple-hit all enemies within 20m of target. Caster will be immobilized but -30% DMG received for 2 sec.
Sanctioned annihilation
Grants P-ATK, deals DMG to all enemies within 15m of target. Also gives them "Sanction" effect which +15% DMG received, lasts 6 sec, stacks up to 5. Caster receives "Terminate" effect which +15% DMG dealt, lasts 6 sec, stacks up to 5.
Illusory Phantom
For 10 sec, Move SPD +100% and recovers 80% HP. If caster is attacked during effect time, reflects 100% DMG received to target, also prevents them from moving and using skills for 3 sec.
