Film “Witnesses of the Genocide of 1944”

The team of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center is pleased to present the full-length documentary “Witnesses to the Genocide of 1944” with English subtitles.
This film is dedicated to the investigation and recognition of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people as an act of genocide.
Witnesses of this terrible crime in the film tell about the fate of hundreds of thousands of other deported Crimean Tatars. The footage presented in the movie is exclusive and was filmed during court hearings as part of the investigation in the criminal proceedings on the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people in 1944.
Some of the film's heroes are no longer alive, but their testimony will remain forever legally relevant and will serve as a source of objective information about the terrible tragedy of the indigenous people of Crimea.
