- In this lecture, Voddie Baucham concludes our British Reformation tour with a focus on Charles Spurgeon and the British Reformation. This was the final evening together after starting our tour in Scotland and working our way to London while visiting key historic sites of church history along the journey.

Oh well, when I get to heaven, I'll be seeking them out too after being in awe of God the Father, Christ Jesus my Savior and King & God the Holy Spirit.
He is right behind John MacArthur, just above Adrian Rogers, Stephen Davey and Erwin Lutzer. He is among the best out there.

Voddie is truly one of the rare ones whose mind and passion are fully aligned with the word and work of out Father. The work they are doing to educate and change a nation is incredible!! My heart literally leaps in my chest as he lays out his goals and plans for Africa!! If only the “Christian”Schools here were Christian in more than words on a plaque or stone monument. We are missing the a great opportunity to convert the young adults and thus our nation through our colleges. Right now the college are more concerned with justifying and wallowing in thier SIN than justifying the work of our Savior on the Cross. Jesus and the word of God is seen as judgmental and rejected because they love thier SIN.
The word “Savior” should ignite and convict every heart. Sadly it is often passed off as hollow words that hardly acknowledge the reality of what it means. We have been saved into glorious eternity with our creator through the name above all names Jesus our Savior!!! So very Powerful!!!

The 1689 confession is a little difficult to me but I like the way things written at a higher level challenge my brain to work for the knowledge hidden within. Critical thinking skills need to be developed.

Thanks for the history. There is a movement you missed. This movement went back beyond the reformation period. Believers separated themselves from the establishment to meet in simplicity in accordance with the biblical teaching.
To Zambia a Scotsman from among these dear believers took the gospel. Hospitals, schools etc were built. This makes me wonder who will finance the university project. Is it the indigenous people you refer to?
Knowing a number of missionaries in Zambia we are interested in the country.

This is all part of the Lord's agenda for his creation and it will play out exactly as He has already determined that it will. We are going through the process of it. Some are aware of it, others are not. Some take an active role,, the good and the bad, others do not, they are the background players, the spear carriers in a stage production that watch the main action taking place. isnt it awesome to hear how our god is in the huge and small things in his decrees to bring to pass his will. are we able to say that in our world in 2221 when were in worldwide lockdown due to lies? yes its all part of his will so take heart he will have us where hew wants us and to do what he has planned for us.
