This year’s Together Fest celebrated the power of collaboration by bringing together retail colleagues to share tools and advice to empower us all to live happier, healthier lives.
With workshops to energise your mind and spaces to relax the body, attendees learned coping tips from mental health experts, were inspired by high-profile speakers and equipped with practical advice on improving their wellbeing. The festival included everything from healthier sleep habits, coping with anxiety and trauma, improving your nutrition, finding a better work-life balance, mindfulness, art, crafts and more.
