300 grams minced mutton
2tbsp fried channa dal
tbsp fresh shredded coconut
onion
5 red chilli
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon khuskhus poppy seeds
1green chillies
curry leaves
coriander leaves
1 teaspoon salt

Its a nice twist to the meatball recipe we make
We don’t cook the kheema but this is how we make add onion / coconut/ green chiilies / Cilantro / Garam masala / dalia ( fried chana daal) / red Chilli powder / salt grind all the above ingredients into fine paste nd add in kheema which is coarsely grinded in the mixie along with the masala .
Make round ball nd fry them in hot oil .
I am surely going to try your recipe next time i am making meat balls

This chettinad kola urundai is common at our place also my mom used to make shami kebeb with egg in between with half cooked yolk
it looks so spicy..

Great !!! We do make it sometimes but we do not add poppy seeds... We also add some smashed pepper corns which ultimately turns out very tasty.. We have meat balls... With bread as a sandwich or with parottas!! Sir can you please show us how to make andhra red chilly (the bajji chillies)pickles which is stuff with some masala in it!!!!

Chicken keema balls curry is my fav
Sir in Kerala Syrian Christians home we used to make beef and mutton cutlets, we saute small onions along with ginger and green chilles , curryleaves, cook meat in cooler along with little amount of ginger and garam masala and then dries of the water then we put in a blender just coarse grind it after that we boil potatoes and smash these potatoes along with sauted onions , meat with less coconut oil and then we add garam masala and a very little red chilli powder when it cools down just shape it like cutlets then first we dip in maida, then egg and then into pranko bread crumbs after that we fry it in coconut oil, this is our Kerala cutlet

Mr Vah. This is the first I see meatball made this way. I live in South Africa 🇿🇦 one of our traditional dishes are meat ball but it’s totally different. We don’t cook the minced meat all spices greens are added into the minced meat and made into balls and shallow fried. We put it in a chutney gravy or just as a snack. Maybe u must invite me to your show so I’ll do the meat balls. Tc great show

She used to say it enhances crunchy taste of keema balls.
