On your hanger, the little hook on the end is meant for you to put your tank top straps or the clear straps inside your clothing so it stays up. Also you can wrap a rubberband on the ends of hangers that don't have the hook to keep your clothes on so you don't get weird creases in your spaghetti strap tank tops.

What I learned from this video:
When life gives you lemons, use that stuff for tons of odd hacks strangers tell you to do
A paper plate on the electric mixer won't do much for splatter...not sure how this helps being OVER TOP of the beaters when they spew stuff out the sides. Maybe it would protect your hair from falling into the beaters?
