I've started driivng in silence and it's been so refreshing! I not only focus on driving better, but it honestly helps my brain just shut off for a bit. I can think about things if I need to, but it's just been so calming to have that time that I can just decompress and not think about anything but driving. For #7, I used to have a strict time schedule in high school which I never followed 🤣. But for college, I instead replaced it with prioritizing my daily tasks so I can do it WHEN I WANT 😈 👹.

Me and my best friend were just talking about being on social media too much. How we were going to start putting the phone down earlier that way can have more time for sleep at night because I do not get enough sleep. I agree with when riding in car do not need music and have some quiet time to think. I workout in the mornings at 5am and you are right about high protein . I am focusing on toning and building muscle so I try to get a lot of protein in with each meal. I subscribed to your page a few months and I really enjoy your Vlogs. You are motivating and have a good spirit.
