True, they are strictly monitored, at anytime during practice and at the end of every race, they are required to put the bike on a scale upon request, before any fluids can be added. With a minimum racing weight of 635lbs, they’re as heavy as a stock, FX Softail give or take, not quite like a fully packed Ultra Classic, but all racing machines have their freebies.

Weight that’s it, heavily modified, more so than any-other bike, in any class.
Cool class, I agree , but it had to be created for this style bike, for a reason,
Not for racing. Unless you create a class for them to race in.

GoldWings and BMW’s would never get very far in this series because they don’t have enough ground clearance compared to the VTwins. You can barely tip them into a corner before the engines start scraping on the asphalt.

These arent harley or indians, upside down forks? Its a race bike w a batwing n small bags, doesnt look anything like my ultra.
Bmw is doing pretty good in the races so if invited i think they would have a competitive class but for now there are only 4 that race and the rest of the pack without manufacturer sponsor cant compete. Sad, could be a fun class but like everything it gets pushed to the elites.

    • @jimmin9802

Ducati diavel, yamaha flr 1300,suzuki intruder, honda goldwing, they all try n copy harley and all have bikes in motoamerica ,this class has become the superbike w some bags attached. Would be a fun class to watch but the bikes should be more stock than what they are so more people can be competitive.
Their leathers like a guy told me should imitate biker sleeves with tattoos and a vest design w patches, hondas could be the yuppie crowd!. Just my 2 cents as the first season was fun but now only a small few can win and they r far away from any pack. More bikes and variety is what racing should be about. Enjoying the racing each year.

Yes I seen Tyler slip and I seen everybody else on the track including Kyle. slip only one person went down and that was the person who is the point lead and needed to win or at least come ahead of Tyler. So why are we continuing to talk about Kyle. Is it because you're a Harley-Davidson fan you don't understand math come on man give me a break let it rest. Tyler had one job in that race and that was to stay ahead of Travis he did that. Travis had one job in that race and that was to stay ahead of Tyler. It's a team sport. His pit crew is to blame not the official. Kyle wasn't even in the picture if Travis or Tyler O'Hara scored points. Let's just say O'Hara let him have the weekend because he was not worried and sat out Saturday and even joked it looks like rain. The pressure was on Travis he couldn't do it in the rain. He knew to win the battle he just needed to beat Travis to the finish line. Strategy well played since it's been two Harley Davidson top contender vs one Indian.
