CAP is a great idea ! Especially if you want to join the USAF. I was on IACE (Internation Air Cadets Exchange) last year, in Canada, and we met CAP guys and Air Cadets from all over the world ! If you get the chance to go on IACE, do it because that was the most incredible two weeks of my life !

Went to the Philippines this year as a cadet! Best 2 weeks of my life as well.
