My wife and I love watching this series because of my Borderline! This show isnt as demonizing as a LOT of the other media or youtube channels on the topic so its a really big help to have such a light hearted discussion on these topics that have frankly made our life together difficult in the past. We both, but I particularly, Really Really Appreciate this channel! Its so helpful! Love it, pleas make more!
Identity has been one of the toughest things about BPD for me yet it’s one of the main reasons I’ve been creative and enjoy writing…slime so many BPD traits, positives and negatives. Feeling like I don’t exist has been weiiiiirrrd.
6:35 Jesus same goth phase to "normal" to "hippie" to "preppy cute boy" to "normal" and dont even know why i start study psychology i just like to feel that i know a lot of something to feel that is my purpose. I feel sad for all this but i actually dont feel sad im laughing. Sometimes the people ask me what i like and i just know that i like videogames but now i dont enjoy them as before. I toight i like plants and i bought lots of them and then i didnt take care of thwm for some period and then i feel so irresponsible and bad.
I didn’t see anything on Instagram but hopefully you made the brunch! This one hit me hard,But I wasn’t feeling good these days. I hate that I can’t do DBT in France. I have an online psychologist who is good, but I can’t deal with the fact of talking by the way of webcam…( it’s a Covid thing I’m sure). If someone knows different therapy that worked I would be so grateful ! Thank you & take care xx
Is the guy's name Jay? He said, "it'll surprise you, what you keep and what you've grown new during recovery"--I want to hear more about this journey for people with BPD. This particular theme is really interesting to me as someone who doesn't have BPD but who cares about some people who do.
I found out about this channel through the BPD subreddit. I am so happy to find such a safe space for pwbpd. Cant wait to see the channel flourish!❤️
So needed...because it puts a positive outlook
