This is from the latest episode of American Horror Story: Cult (Season 7 Episode 3). An angry mob had assembled to protest the accidental slaying of a Hispanic man. Ally Mayfair-Richards (Sarah Paulson) is stuck in her vehicle while the mob surrounds her. Then Kai Anderson (Evan Peters) shows up out of the blue and saves her. It reminded me of a scene at a busy fast food restaurant or something so I made a video meme out of it.
