Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain Walkthrough Part 2: Quarantine Zone

Once Cobra completes the training, he is dispatched to Carthage, Michigan alongside Imani Gray in order to track down Mujari. Despite the entire area of the downtown Carthage being cordoned off as an quarantine zone due to being an ground zero of Syphon Filter released by ALA, whose leadership retreated into nearby subway system, Gray and Cobra make their way into the quarantine zone and confront Broussard, intending to question him for Mujari's whereabouts. However, as Gray questions him, ALA's troops breach the quarantine zone and start attacking the armed soldiers of Carthage's Health Authority with Broussard taking the chance to try and escape. While Gray takes it upon herself to capture Broussard for questioning, Cobra is instructed to assist CHA troops with fending off ALA terrorists while also conducting research into the viral strain of Syphon Filter released in the city by collecting the samples of infected water and analysing tissue samples from the civillians who succumbed to the disease. Once he finishes with the virus analysis, Cobra is ordered to enter the subway and kill one of ALA leaders named Proust who hid deep within the subway system, with Cobra successfully doing so...
