OMG I remember in 1991 when Linda McCartney launched her vegetarian line of frozen dinners. I was 16 years old and travelled to London doing a summer job and I was addicted to her veggie lasagna! Great video Miles ☺️PS can’t believe you don’t make a Persian food. I veganised so many Persian dishes like Mirza rasemeen (omit eggs) Ghormeh Sabzi ( omit meat) or salade Olivieh ( use vegan mayo) . It’s my way of staying in touch with my Persian roots.
A what I eat in the day I actually want to see, not a celebritity that pretends to eat perfectly for just one video and say they splurge on everything when their body is very fit. I think there are no videos where the creator eats more green vegetables and herbs than Miles, and personally, it inspires me to be healthier and healthier.
Miles, I bet you’ve had many comments which say the following : YOU ARE MY SOUL-FOOD MATE. For me this is just. so. true! Never have I EVER met someone who I relate to so well in terms of their love for food!

As an Italian, when I was living in the UK, I never got why British people like pizza express. Every time I had to go with my colleagues, I always ordered a salad, the pizza was horrible to my taste. In London you can find very good pizzas at Franco Manca's and at Rossopomodoro .
I think it’s just that it’s a lot better than most of the pizza available 😬 I live outside London and the only options are Dominoes and some really awful cheap independent places where it’s basically a slab of bread with loads of greasy cheese. British people haven’t got very refined palettes haha

You are so hilarious, Miles!! 🤣 I have to ask since it is summertime, and they are SO good...never see you eat a ton of peaches or plums?? They are my absolute favorites in the summer, especially those super dark purple plums 🤤🤤🤤 and also pickles?? Another one of my fave things in the summer, but definitely surprised they haven't been one of favorites since it's dill + cukes!!
I would assume that miles would love a good pickle. I love adding them to bowls and salads and can easily see him do the same.
Peaches, plums and nectarines are some of my favourite fruits!

In the states we call the orange potato Yam and the honey yam Sweet Potato
Tbh I would consider many of your buddah bowls a sweet meal bc like a sweet potato with pure tahini(not dressing), peanut butter or avocado wich are alll more neutral (in terms of sweet or savory) I do this kind of thing too. Usually with beans and grains as well witch aren't sweet or savory by themselves. I like to season with warm spices like cinnamon and cumin
Unless you put something savory like soy sauce, hot sauce or mustard

Best combo I've been enjoying lately is: frozen cherries, frozen banana, vegan chocolate protein powder, cocoa nibs or pieces of a dark choc bar (even better), almond butter blended with hazelnut mylk. Then top with coconut and more almond butter and chocolate :) SO yummy.
Also, yes Sage Bistro is probably one of the best vegan restaurants here in LA for sure. :)

Oh man..i wish i could eat huge amounts of peanut butter or other nut butters. Too much of it is so bad for inflammation.. it causes acne, at least this is my experience :(
