Honestly logan, go back to doing 2 videos per week OR make one video per week, and make the videos longer and adapt an actual plot to the video. The longer the video is, the more views it gets, the more money it receives. A ton of people also want you to do this, and I know you generally read comments and I feel like you're at a point where you seem just.. tired with your work. Go back to doing 1 video per week, you could also look back on videos from 2015-2017 and you'll see just how good your videos were. Making 1 video per week also ENSURES you're giving us the most quality content possible, you could try doing videos like you used to (you can go watch reuploads) just saying. You should also give the characters more personality, give the videos more story and add continuity to them and i am POSITIVE you'll be doing way better physically and the channel will do good.

You might want to consider delegating tasks, such as organizing and scheduling shoots for reactions and vlogs. Managing the production of a single channel on your own can be manageable, but once you expand to three or four channels, challenges can arise, which could lead to creator burnout. Hiring an assistant or a video coordinator may be a good idea, to get things off your plate.
It's literally what MatPat did. It was in a Film Theory video a few months ago on the MCU.
