- Here is my Ibiza FR getting a stage 3 upgrade by JBS. Originally running 90BHP stock and running 145BHP at stage 1, It is safe to say this stage 3 package has completely transformed this car in to a hot hatch.
Stage 3 figures - 203.2BHP 215.3 ft.lbs torque
Engine: CJZC (EA211 1.2 TSI)
Supporting mods are:
- JBSL12 Hybrid Turbo
- Decat Downpipe
- Custom Exhaust
- MST Induction Kit
- Custom Turbo Elbow

I saw the turbo 1.4 tsi fr 140 hybrid you are using. I used the 04E145704P Series as oem on my 1.2 tsi ibiza. With 1.5 Bar turbo pressure, the 100-200 time was around 16 seconds. Then I developed the project and installed EA888 golf gti turbo is20. I made the fastest 1.2 tsi in the world. FASTEST 1.2 TSI 100-200 Duration 10.1 sec. 300hp+ power
I have seen all your videos. it’s great to see how far you’ve pushed it. Was this with stock fuelling? Please could you tell me more of what you did to achieve that power, apart from the turbo as we don’t know the limits for this engine yet.
Also this ones not the 1.4 turbo, it’s the 1.2 turbo with bored out internals (Hybrid turbo) which hits 22 psi peak and doesn’t drop much all the way to red line, it is still capable of pushing a little more. With the Is20 or 38 you had there was too much lag (boost from 4k onwards) and it’s more for straight line speed whereas my goal is more useable power for track and everyday use 👌🏽

Bro I like seeing videos like this taking nice ordinary cars and making them fast 😂 I can’t believe you have 203hp in a 1.2tsi engine. I have a seat Leon 1.4 TSI and I got told I won’t get more that 180hp but after watching this I have hope for at least 250hp in my car

@@DaickersVideos JBS don’t make one for the 1.4 yet however, RTMG do and I think they are around £600-700 if you exchange your turbo. That’s not including fitting, mapping and anything else. I’d say budget around £2k max for supporting mods and everything too

I've got a vw golf mk6 1.2 tsi with about 97k on the clock. Its pushing roughly around 105 break standard
I'm considering getting a stage 1 from revo and upgrading the air intake . Not too sure if I'll need a decat downpipe at this stage .

@@aleksistar631 the ea111 are good too, just depends how long you are keeping it for. Stage 1 is the best value for money in terms of achieving the most amount of power for the least amount of money stage 2/3 is where the costs add up and may not be worth doing if you are not keeping it for some time

Mine was custom made but I know mst made one for the ea211. I have an Audi s1 now so the Ibiza build has come to an end :( … It ran faultlessly and I had no issues, but since having my eyes on this car I couldn’t let go of the chance when it came up👌🏽

177bhp - 227ftlb on a stage one with just a induction kit on , need to change a few things before it’s turned up .. notts to Newcastle tomorrow morning to fetch it 💪🏻

@@ammad413 biggest worry I had was I’m currently in a mk2 Leon fr 2.0pd170 do torque was my big worry .. but after running some numbers I don’t think I’ll be disappointed
@@anthonyrodgers7356 it’s the way it delivers the power, you’ll see how smooth it delivers boost. It won’t be as torquey as the diesel but still heaps of fun even at stage 1
does this back tail lights fit at any ibiza above 2013 even the simple version 5 door 75 hp?

Thank you 🙏 my lambda probe was reading too high on 2nd & 3rd runs consistently which caused the car to run 10% richer and in result reduced the performance. We replaced it with a new OEM probe and it fixed the problem
Did you not do an intercooler aswell? Mines 1.4 tsi and looking to do stage 3 aswell

I believe the down-pipe is 2.5inch and yeah it does have flexi in

whats the rought cost of this. i have a 1.2 tsi leon 110hp stock want to get a bit more. got a cat back exhuast and a performance airfilter. so i dunno what that added to hp but. this is insane for the engine size
You’d also need a sports cat/decat downpipe. Just for the hybrid turbo/mapping and labour was £2k so that gives you a rough figure

Yes stock internals. Only supporting hardware to help achieve the figures 🙌🏽

200 hp with stock engine , no need to Change piston’s and connecting rods ???
How much boost psi ??
Stock block, no need to change it for the power and torque it’s running at. Boosting 22.5psi peak and then drops off to 21-20psi towards redline.

How are your temps? I’m surprised you kept the stock watercooler on and didn’t upgrade to a FMIC
Funny you say this as I’m talking about cooling to my tuner and friends as I’m writing this lol.Temps are consistent with the stock charge cooler and I’ve not monitored it myself but my friend who has the same set up says on a hard run it’ll initially climb to about 43-45 degrees then start going down slowly. Was discussing an FMIC, but that will make the turbo a little laggy, a bigger radiator for the charge cooler - but the stock one works fine and WMI, not needed yet with the power I’m running.

@@jaylonchung9528 it definitely hits hard and puts me back in my seat turbo hits 22.5psi Peak and then drops to about 20-21psi towards redline. I’ll definitely be getting more videos done with everything documented 👌🏽

Yes it’s possible to do, but it will be really laggy and you will need custom oil and coolant lines. Would cost at-least £5k+…. I wouldn’t recommend doing and the max I’d recommend is putting a 1.4 turbo on or a hybrid turbo, only if you plan on keeping the car long enough

Do you needed to change fuel pump low&high pressure? Or is it stock?

@@cptrs8609 try changing the fuel filter first, that doesn’t work, try another controller and if that doesn’t work you’ll have to get a new LPFP
@@ammad413 i take good care, all filters I have are either K&N or good quality. Its probably due to bad chiptune I have

It’s an FR, it’s got some cupra bits on it which will confuse a lot of people aha. Also results Depends on if it is either the EA211 or the EA111 engine.

If it is the 1.2/1.4 tsi with the turbo at the back then it shares the same engine

Yes standard clutch. We have limited torque by about 10 ft.lbs, to stop it from slipping
