Lebron will always regret not trying to build his dynasty in Cleveland. He will always be insecure because he knows deep down that he will never be respected. MJ did it in Chicago. Kobe and Magic did it in LA. Duncan did in San Antonio and Steph did in Golden State.

Brum isn't humble like that , his ego would not allow that at all . The problem is before he laced up for the NBA he was being hyped up and already on a pedestal even without the ball , but he played into that and believes that himself then the ego came then the flop the team change and the self absorbed attitude and Intitled way of thinking kills it for him and us . Rich fall doesn't make since and I can't take him seriously at all Lesosa is his guy and fills his pockets so that disqualified any thing he says

    • @jordanjenkins1671

I don't think LeBron could have just created a relationship with MJ out of nothing. There's a social hierarchy in the basketball world -- if you're not in MJ's circle (as a billionaire, friend, or close associate) then you don't bother him. I could be wrong but I just never hear/read about anybody just reaching out to MJ like they did with Kobe, Hakeem, etc. That's part of why MJ's public appearance at the Top 75 event felt so special. Dude is untouchable.
The reason Kobe is friends with MJ is because Phil Jackson put them in the same room together to give Kobe advice. Kobe and MJ think and approach basketball so similarly that they naturally created a strong friendship.

Micheal jordan in 5 out of his 6 finals championships are in the top 10 and top 5 worst scoring supporting cast for championship teams the 98 bulls were the worst scoring supporting cast since 1954, the 97 bulls the second worst scoring supporting cast, the 92 bulls the 5th worst scoring supporting cast, the 96 bulls the 6th worst scoring supporting cast, and the 93 bulls the 8th worst scoring supporting cast. Michael jordan is the only player in nba history to lead multiple top 10 lowest scoring supporting cast to championships so you damn right, leading a team to 6 championships under those circumstances should not be something that people ignore
And let's not forget the great players he not only beat but outperformed in a series with no help. Like Patrick Ewing,Charles barkley,Isaiah Thomas, Joe Dumars, Magic Johnson,Glenn Rice,Clyde Drexler, Dominique Wilkins,Kevin Johnson, Alonzo Mourning,Tim Hardaway,Shaquille o'neal, Penny Hardaway,Shawn Kemp,Gary Payton,Chris Webber, Dikembe Mutombo,Reggie Miller, John Stockton, and Karl malone and those where only the championship runs. MJ beat and outplayed the NBA mvp, the runner up to nba mvp,and the Dpoy Every year in the nba finals. And what about the underrated teams he played the 97 Bullets with juwan Howard,Chris webber, Rod Strickland, underrated defender Calbert Cheaney. The 98 Hornets with Glenn Rice,Anthony Mason, David Wesley,Dell Curry,.and Vlade Divac. Or the 98 nets with Keith Van Horn,Kerry Kittles, Jayson Williams,Kendall Gill, And sherman Douglas. The 91 76ers with Hersey Hawkins,Charles Barkley,Armen Gilliam, Rick Mahorn. The 1993 Hawks with Dominique Wilkins,Kevin Willis,Mookie Blaylock,Stacy Augmon. The 93 Cavs with Brad Daughtry,Larry Nance, Mark price, And gerald Wilkins. So the argument over the competition and the help he had is ridiculous

After the first 3 peat, the Bulls won 55 games (2 fewer wins) while Pippen was 3rd in MVP voting and Armstrong & Grant were 1st time All Stars. There was talent clearly there- not some dreadful roster you like to portray.
From 96-98, Jordan had Pippen, Rodman (who led the league in rebounding), Kukoc (6th MOY), Kerr led the league in single season & career 3 pt%, while Ron Harper was a defensive menace & starter for any other team in the league. Besides Phil Jackson as well.
The 1996-1998 Bulls are as close to a 90's super team as there ever could be- BY FAR the best roster in the league.
PS- Jordan never won a Finals without a teammate who was either All NBA or All Defense. LBJ beat the 2016 GSW's who were 73-9, down 3-1 in the Finals, without a teammate who was All NBA or All Defense.
Stop your roses of grandeur narratives. It is completely wrong.

LeBron james carried an absolutely horrific 2007 Cleveland Cavaliers team to the nba finals
In the modern NBA era (post 1960) only nine NBA top 75 players have won a championship without another top 75 player as a teammate
      Rick Barry (1975)
      Bill Walton (1977)
      Hakeem Olajuwon (1994)
      Tim Duncan (2005) (2007)
      Kobe Bryant (2009) (2010)
      Steph Curry (2015) (2022)
      LeBron james (2016)
      Kawhi Leonard (2019)
      Giannis Antetokounmpo (2021)
As you can see, LeBron James is on the list and Michael Jordan isnt
Lebron james has won 17 playoff series, without an nba top 75 teammate. Michael Jordan won ZERO
In the year before Michael Jordan and LeBron James joined their team and the year after they left their team, their records were
      83-84 bulls 27-55
      84-85 bulls. 38-44
      92-93 bulls 57-25
      93-94 bulls 55-27
98-99 bulls 13-37 without Scottie Pippen
      00-01 wizards 19-63
      01-02 wizards. 37-45
      02-03 wizards 37-45
      03-04 wizards 25-57
      02-03 cavaliers 17-65
      03-04 cavaliers 35-47
      09-10 cavaliers 61-21
      10-11 cavaliers 19-63
      09-10 heat. 47-35
      10-11 heat 58-24
      14-15 heat 37-45
      2013-14 cavaliers 33-49
      2014-15 cavaliers 53-29
      2017- 18 cavaliers 50-32
      2018-19 cavaliers 19-63
      2017-18 lakers. 35-47
2018-19 lakers were 20-14 when LeBron James got injured on Christmas day.
As you can see When LeBron James joins a team, the team improves more than Michael Jordan and when LeBron James leaves a team, the team always goes into the tank.
Michael Jordan, excluding the 94-97 seasons, when the NBA moved the three point line to 22 feet, was a career 28% three point shooter. LeBron James is a career 34% three point shooter
Michael Jordan was a great defensive player, in an Era where you could handcheck. Playing defense is much easier when you can handcheck. For nearly 6'9 250 LeBron James' entire career he wasn't afforded the opportunity to handcheck.
THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR..LEBRON JAMES IS THE GOAT!!!!!
      I have added a Postscript
So many have replied, that LeBron james didn't make the playoffs his first two years and Jordan did. What they fail to say is, in 1985, 16 of 23 teams made the playoffs. In 2004, 16 of 29 teams made the playoffs. It was MUCH EASIER. Perfect example is the 1985 86 bulls went 30-52 and made the playoffs and the 2004 05 cavaliers went 42-40 and did not make the playoffs. Also, I don't know, possibly, maybe, Jordan had a HUGE ADVANTAGE considering he played three years of college basketball and LeBron James was 19 years old, and straight out of high school

This isn't a dig at Jason Terry but Jason Terry is a bench player and a sixth Man of the Year who absolutely scorched LeBron James in that 2011 NBA finals. He was busting threes and mid-range jump shots in his damn face like it was no big deal. That right there and did the goat conversation because he didn't recover and he didn't really lead his team back or anything. The only time he got a revenge is when he dunked on Jason Terry and then he got a technical foul for it. But by that point Jason Terry was on the Celtics and it didn't matter. He is smart with how he plays, I play similarly to him, I am a 6'6 230 pound Power Forward, small for my position but I know how to move my weight around, an offensive foul in the NBA is only called if you drop your shoulder into a players chest, if he uses his hand to push them out of the way sure its an offensive foul but he doesnt, he pushes off with his forearm or his shoulder because thats allowed, a charge requires the defender to be in a screen like base which they never are, a charge without that base is usually when a player is squared up to defend you and you ram into them. LeBron plays smart he doesnt foul, he knows how to move his weight around, learned that from people like Hakeem when Hakeem trained him to work in the post

I agree that travels and carries should be enforced more strictly but that is part of the game now, sometimes you need an extra step but they wont call it if it doesnt give you an advantage, LeBrons spin layup has been controversial for this because he hops off one foot and lands on it again, meaning he travels but it gains 0 advantage because it is likely not intentional, carrying is a thing in the nba now because they dont really see it as a big thing unless you literally hold the ball on your palm.@@chipferguson5129

As Shaq has said, Phil came and said alright, it's over, be back next year, and the only guy who stopped up was the 21 year old Kobe Bryant. Kobe and Shaq learned to win TOGETHER, MJ AND PIPPEN TOGETHER. Dwade won without LeBron, and then LeBron joined him to learn how to win. Those guys built it while LeBron joined it, and nobody besides LeBron is allowed to live that down. Just see kawhi and KD

@@nathancook2852 wow field goal percentage 😂 Kobe didn't have the benefit of having multiple scorers and knockdown shooters to play with and force the defense to space out, he had shaq, who was pulling the defense into the paint, forcing Kobe to live in the midrange and 3 point area. Same exact scenario with Pau, he isn't going to force those guys out of the paint to get an open lane, he is going to play around their skillset and get his points. I also could care less about field goal percentage, he was a shooting guard carrying the offensive and defensive load on the perimeter, against players like Allen Iverson, reggie miller, Paul pierce, Tony Allen. All you can do is hold his field goal percentage over my head, you couldn't even deny he was the reason they became champions 😂

      @IsaacMSingleton1 9 місяців тому +1

@@nathancook2852 this is also what made someone like MJ so special, he didn't need a dominate scoring big in the paint, opening up attacking lanes for him, Kobe had Shaq, he didn't join shaq, and learned how to maximize himself for the team, to win a title. Kobe was forced to play a more perimeter orientated game, and still was able to dominate the floor. Kobe is 1 of the best to ever do it, no matter how much it bothers you, or how much you talk field goal percentages.

He can honestly do w.e he wants lol hes just another fringe star. He would need to build a perfect team to win the chip. There's a lot of talent out there. Its not just the same 4 or 5 teams every year and he dont know what to do 😂 He can't figure out what team might win next since theres like 10.

GSE doesnt even talk to KD if Steph doesnt cosign everything

This year's all star game is a reflection of today's NBA, and so is LeBron's game, scoring a shit ton of points, virtually no defense. That's LeBron and the league. Somehow someone saw MJ back in the day scoring a bunch and thought that was a great show, so let's help players score more by limiting the defense. Sadly more points does not mean better show. The way MJ scored all those points was electrifying, it was beautiful to watch, scoring against tight, tough defense and doing it with an artistry never before nor again seen. That's what makes him the GOAT, the way he played, relentless defender and vicious killer on offense. Neither the league nor LeBron have that

The NBA needs a major reset in rules and policy. I wouldn't be surprised if Adam Silver merged the NBA with WNBA together to create one league. We had a glimpse of the future this past weekend - Steph Curry vs Sabrina Ionescu 3 point-Challenge.

I'm pretty sure he went to the Lakers mainly for reasons outside of basketball, mainly that he liked the private school he ultimately sent his kids to and business opportunities. I think I heard he ended up becoming a billionaire within a couple years when he wasn't very close to that before

Actually I like the fact that he’s playing for the sake of playing. As much as we look at MJ playing for titles, he played because he loved the sport and that was evident when he came back from baseball.
Sometimes you get to know yourself better as a player when you establish the “why”.
