What happened to FPSRussia? Better known today as Kyle from PKA, he was at one point the King of UA-cam, reaching a level of fame that few creators ever do. But that all came crashing down. What happened?

Kyle is basically free with no real incentives of going back into the judicial system as a prisoner, he’s been on the PKA podcast a bunch he’s doing well now sucks he was almost ruined due to some pot and the unrelated death of his friend.

He was showing top secret gear. Fucking assassination drones and shit like that, the government looked like how they really are because of him, and he was getting paid for it. In 1982, before Australia's gun control laws became a thing, I was 18, going on 19. I got busted with a bong and some stems. I was fined 300 dollars ( a lot of money back then) and was listed as a 'Prohibited Person'.
The 'Prohibited Person' law meant, and it was explained very carefully to me by the country cop who had arrested me:
" It means that you can't own a rifle or any other 'Dangerous Weapon' for ten years. You can't own a knife. And if you get an arsehole cop, he might even charge you for the toothbrush you have because you could potentially poke it through someone's eye into their brain." Yes, they were his words.
I still carried three knives on my belt for a few years after that. Even the tiny country town's sergeant didn't look twice when I was walking down the main street with said knives on my belt. We lived in the middle of croc and wild pig country. Everyone carried a big knife on their belt.
That’s messed up that cause you had an illegal water pipe that you couldn’t defend or protect yourself for a decade. I know you still did. But like on paper and whatnot you weren’t allowed to.

@@donmackie6086 I'm happy with our gun laws. It makes it a lot harder for some nutjob who suddenly decides that someone who wronged him/her deserves to die by gunfire. They can't just go to a gunshop and buy a weapon. However, if you're some bloke who wants to join a club, or you have a property that needs feral animal control, getting a weapons license is easy as.

@@BradGryphonn +1 for this (as a fellow Australian). The gun laws weren't perfect, and still aren't perfect, but shooting rampages like the Hoddle Street massacre and Port Arthur are a thing of the past.
Ok, now that ive seen his statement about his "buddy" he seems kinda guilty. Hes got a whatever attitude, and really doesnt seem like they were friends. In fact, he almost seems glad.
He doesn't seem to have a great deal of empathy as a person.
I play a lot of poker. What I find interesting is the body language. When someone is shaking their head left to right as if their body language is indicating no, but the person is vocalising something in the affirmative, I usually find something is off. "Yes officer of course I will cooperate" while they are shaking their head left to right is not 100% proof that person is hiding something, but it is definitely a sign that they could be. While its easy to speak a false hood, peoples body language can be telling. And I find something to be not quite right in that clip also.

a lot of people forget the prohibited person federal law regarding felons, domestic violence and weed smoker with firearm ownership. like a conceal permit and weed medical card conflict legally.
my attorney explained some cases. the feds are filling up their EMPTY prisons because past immigrants were deported. drug laws have changed and inmates are getting appeals. but you'll go in there for weed and a gun just like your grandpa and uncle protesting at Washington DC. also if you're an ex felon robbing a gas station with a gun by an interstate they'll give you 25 years. 5 for the gun, 20 for "interfering with interstate commerce" the feds are desperate to fill their prisons. when was the last time you heard of a jail, state prison or fed prison shutting down?

@@pegcity4eva Least I ever saw on a manslaughter plea was four years. I guess 3/4 or something? Supervised release for sure, the guy wasn't a psychopath but he was a fucking idiot. Canada has an abundance if that is a marketable commodity. I mean, he had three fights with the guy, interspersed with watching hockey [I kid you not] before a weapon got involved and he stabbed his sister's abusive boyfriend. A real tragic outcome, but man. It's very odd. Maybe like the author states there were numerous disgruntled people that could have done it. I'm sure the evidence will come out at some point.
Kyle does have an odd manner about him. It's actually in the detailing of his own suicidal thoughts that I think the clues exist for being a sociopath that could kill their business partner and deliver a statement of remorse such as he did that sort of passes as normal, but sorta does not.
The suicidal thoughts, the way they're broken down, it feels entirely disconnected from the reality of ending your own life. I don't know anything about fps russia beyond this video's content, but immediately when he described wanting to kill himself, having a gun etc to easily do it with - it caught my attention as the mindset of a sociopath. Including lamenting how a woman could not want him for his successful accomplishments.
Then when it comes to his manner as a salesman, lying without any difficulty whatsoever, fucking as many chicks as humanly possible later - all signs point to someone largely dissociated. It's very interesting. I only clicked the video cause I thought he was still in jail for something actually illegal like trafficking drugs or what have you. But now I'm intrigued.
Using this video to create a character profile, I think it all adds up. Most successful people are such because they don't have much remorse concerning their actions, if you can be just disconnected enough from your own self preservation and highly motivated to do shit - it would seem the sky is the limit.

Who else would be able to open Keith's safe, delete all the camera footage, take the memory chip out of the GAME CAMERAS... and be in the room without Keith being alarmed (since they worked together Keith wasn't concerned about his presence.) I always wondered what happened to him, as he was part of the "Early UA-camr" era for me. I do know UA-cam had to censor some gun channels, but FPSRussia totally disappeared. Personally I prefered Hickok45 than FPSRussia as I always thought he was a bit too "Flashy"

Ive seen emough true crime shows to know when someone says the victim had enemies or exes that didnt like them other than just saying they were a good person that nobody would want to hurt is usually fishy.
