*!!! London cast was so catching! My favorite cast. And that bass line?!?! D4mn! It's hard to find some goodies from it. What I wouldn't do for the whole footage!? Thank you so much for sharing!*
I’m not usually a fan of musicals very much at all but with ones like this it really is brilliant and this song slaps so well with the 1960’s beat and rhythm and drums and instruments too This and also the rocky horror are really good.
Adam Curtis did a series of documentaries looking at things like that - it's available here on youtube and is called 'The Century of the Self'. Each episode looks at something different. In short, the individualism of the hippy movement moved all too easily into becoming the individualism of the Reagan / Thatcher years.
Happy times.Saw this production in Manchester UK in the early 70's.
Oliver looking gorgeous.

I went to the second night in London. Loved it.
Some famous names cut their teeth in "Hair". Donna Summer was in the German production and Tim Curry was in the UK cast.

I believe the lines “hey can you see my eyes if you can” or that tune is based off the national emblem march for America.
amazing song, great voices.
The Stud himself.
Arthur of the Britons ..
Where’s Fontaine gone? 🙂🙂
Olivier Tobias and Paul Nicholas
Where is the whole thing?
And this musical isn’t cheesy over exaggerated or over rated or cringy either .
HOW DID THIS FOOTAGE SURVIVE ? I THOUGHT I DESTROYED IT ALL. 😂 🤣 😂
