I just reblogged your post about webcomic hosting sites from your tumblr, and now youtube is recomending a video of your to me! That's either extremely serendipitous, or Google's tracking tools are so precise these days, it recomends me vids based on what I reblog on a completely different site ._. I have one tip for comic artists of every type: BUILD! A! BUFFER! Have at least 20 pages ready to go before you even post page 1. This way, you already have some practice under your belt and you have a feel for how long it takes you to make pages and can plan your posting schedule around that. If you have a patreon or something similar, you can entice donors with early access/read ahead, and most important of all, if life gets in the way, you have some wiggle room to take personal time off without your updates falling behind and your readers will never notice! Ive been making my own fan webcomic for 6.5 years now, and having extra pages ready lined up to go weeks ahead of time is the greatest life saver!

Excellent advice!! We love buffers over here!
Thanks for sharing!
As someone whose first instinct when doing something new is "find a book that tells you how to", this is exactly what like.
