Mate I am eating more plants based meals than ever. I am not 💯 PB but if I learned anything it was that you don’t need to be eating animal based proteins to get the muscle gains you want!

Do you suggest to loss weight eating animal product then go plant based?
Curious about the protein content of tofu. In your e-book you listed it as 24g per 6 oz, but according to the packaging it's only 16g per 6 oz. Does the protein content increase after cooking?
