I have relatives over in Watford and was in that shopping centre (it was called The Harlequinn Shopping Centre the last time I was there, back in 2006). My uncle worked in the Marks and Spencer there for many years. Great video
The reason why Next has MonoSpaces is because it was originally Debenhams. Then it became a Next Beauty & Home store and then a merged beauty, home and clothing store with the other regular next clothing and home (but I'm guessing home moved to the ebauty and home store when it opened) which had a Tecno closing permanently.
Charter car park lifts have always been slow, shame they didn’t speed them up when they were modded. Palace car park lift doesn’t sound healthy, would love to know whats making that noise. The glass lifts have always done 2 speed levelling since they were installed in 2010, however they used to have advanced door opening.The Schindlers before them did direct to floor levelling however.

I'm thinking they run 2m/s in my opinion but when it's my first time riding a Schindler M series Im sure it's 2m/s
