Nice video however that's not a service hatch for a technician it's for you to clean the infuser which is recommended to be cleaned once a month.

Hello nice video! Question: My coffee is always a little watery with the machine, like tea in consistency, regardless of how I set the grinding degree. Maybe someone here has a tip on what to do. I'm also grateful for coffee recommendations. thanks

You don't need to move the machine. It lifts out really easily when you pull up the lid. I just turned it to show how in the vid :)

Hi there just bought this machine. Can you help me as when it’s pouring a long coffee it’s just coming out and stopping constantly and takes ages to pour?

Have you tried tweaking the coffee grinder nearer to 7?
Are you using Beans or pre-ground?
There is a setting that you can switch to by pressing the directional buttons on mine.

I still don't get it! I just wanted to know if you can make a NORMAL coffee (with beans), not Frappumacino or whatever. A button that reads NORMAL. You're so thick, making a fool out of yourself - my question was valid!
The extraction looks awful on that espresso. Needs a finer grind by the looks of things
