LIVE: Israel launches airstrikes in Gaza amid World Court ruling

Trucks have started delivering humanitarian aid via a floating pier into the Gaza Strip as lawyers for Israel defended the country against accusations in the Hague of “genocide”.
The pier, towed into place from the Ashdod port in Israel about 30 miles away, was tied on Thursday morning to support “the humanitarian mission to deliver additional humanitarian aid to Palestinian civilians”, United States Central Command (Centcom) said.
