Bloomberg wasn't correct then and is not correct now....... Ukrainian soldiers are awesome and always amaze everyone. Even the terrorist regime in russia ....because they always copy the Ukrainian tactics because they have none of their own due to corruption.
Grateful for the US help but the US cannot dictate how to WAR unless the required air defense and ammunition is delivered on time/ in time.
As soon as deliveries are guaranteed Ukrainians can use the ammo they have more freely instead of trying to make sure they don't completely run out. There's a difference between having few shells and not knowing when there is a resupply and having few shells and knowing they get resupply soon. If you are trying to stretch what you have as long as possible you need to ration things more carefully instead of when you know what you have only needs to be enough for X days. Also US military can make preparations before hand to implement this bill as soon as it is passed, and if they have shipped stuff to Europe with assumption that if this bill passes they can send it to Ukraine quickly and if US doesn't pass Ukrainian then they just have moved the timing of future shipment of supplies to American troops in Europe to present.
