@@Miele360 I've seen a number of AEG customers report a similar issue and the main explanation seems to be the bearing seal. I called technicians a few weeks ago to check it out and they decided to replace the drum. Since it's been almost a month and no replacement has taken place yet, I would probably ask for a refund and opt for either Miele or Bosch.

Yes, that's the strap. Is really annoying but unfortunately normal with these AEG boxes
