When Jim Kambosos catches himself saying “we”, he corrects himself and says it was George, giving him all the credit he deserves, whereas Teofimos dad interrupted him while he was talking in a live press conference to tell him it’s “we” and not only him. You can really tell which father is supporting his son and which one is trying to relive his youth thru his son.

Congratulations Kambosos! This is how you should act as a father to a boxer, clearly a great influence and I am sure he will keep him grounded. If the tables were turned and Kambosos lost yesterday, I'm sure they would have acted with far more class in defeat than Lopez has.

I learnt his name from another Aussie boxer researched into him and been following him since about April!
I was stuck at work and couldn't watch, told all of my work mates about this fight.

As someone who lost his dad at the age Georgie boy is right now, and it being six years later, I can't tell you how nice it is to see how privileged they are to have the relationship they do. I lived in Aus for three years and I'm hoping to get back there as it's home in my heart, and I've been behind Kambosos all the way! My heart was in my fucking mouth last night! It was amazing to see Teo get humbled like that. And now his idiotic father is making things ten times worse for him.

Teofimo forgot where he came from and what got him to where he is today. And George even recognized that and capitalized on the moment like all Champions do.
The hungrier dog in this fight won.
It reminded me of when Dan Gable lost his last collegiate wrestling match. And Dan Gable explained very honestly that he basically got caught up in his own hype and that’s why Larry Owens beat him in the finals. On a side note remember that Loma had a shoulder injury going into the Lopez fight. And if Teo was so confident in his win over Loma he would have given him the rematch to prove it again. Now let’s see Kambosos and Loma.
