Menorca Residence is one of MARDEV GROUP projects which is located in an outstanding place in R8 zone in the new administrative capital. This unique location is in front of central park on a space of 39.91 acres and just a couple of minutes from the Embassies District, Green River, Main Roads Network, Money & Business District, and Governmental District in the administrative capital. The project is built on a space of 17.64 acres with a residential area around 19.5 % to be able to offer the most of the landscape to the greenery, lakes, swimming pool, kids’ area, commercial mall, and facilities. The project has different apartment areas, starting from 115m2 to 277m2. There are different payment methods, starting from 5 years to 10 years.
